Dear Mother:–
I have hit another rainy day but I am carrying on, I got my hand dressed and got back to my club at about 11 A.M.
Well do you know that I had a great time at Mr Andersons home last night, The have no children and have been married for about 25 years. I stayed over night and am asked to spend sunday with them as well. So I have to meet at some club at 5 P.M. for tea then we spend the evening at three different homes his sisters places, I have to call at his home again to get the address of the Club, during the conversation I got it mixed and can't get it again to save my life but all is well that ends well. He is a manufacturer of books and a printer of the volumes, I don't know why they choose to bestow such kindness upon me.
There home is surely fine and there spare bed room, well maby you think I did not sleep some, I got up about 7.30 A.M. had breakfast at 8 and left about 8.40 for the hospital.
I must go to dinner now it is 12 noon
Bye bye your loving son
Laurie
